Warning Lights 700 1987

My cold-temperature-related electrical problems stopped after I located and fixed a bad ground connection in the main -ve Battery Cable. Though they were never as severe as yours seems to be, it's worth checking.

The -ve battery cable forks out to 2 connectors: one to the engine block (connected near the power-steering pump mount), and the other connects to the body-frame (near the exhaust manifold). Check both. Both these cables should be continuous wires without any joins.
