Warning Lights solved! 700 1987

Looked at the alternator connections last night, and the smaller of the two wires on the back of the alternator was in pretty rough shape. Flaking insulation, corroded conductors. I snipped the wire back a few inches where the conductors and insulation looked to be in good shape, soldered on a new piece of wire and crimp connector, and cleaned up both terminals on the alternator. This morning, -9, and she fired right up, no delay! THANK YOU ALL!! THANK YOU BRICKBOARD! Contribution on the way. No more uncertainty if my brick will go when the temperatures drop. (The Mobil 1 helps, too).
