It is leaking!! 200 1988

driving with heater off today (45 degrees outside) thermometer in vent said 95 degrees. I can turn blower on and it will drop to 78 degrees.

Could I have the valve in backwardes? I found nothing in the instructions or any markings on the valve to indicate direction of flow. I mounted it per the drawing.

Thanks
Joe
