I've got a '68 wagon parts car with the stock dual circuit brakes and an auto, but its got a remote booster, and the brake master cyl/pedal set is where the brakes go normally. The clutch master cyl holes are covered. I should be able to get some pics though if you like, but it sounds like a completely different setup to what you are going with...
