Clean out your IAC and throttle body, but especially make sure that your throttle position sensor is clicking on-off at the right times. If it's misadjusted then your computer doesn't know it's supposed to be idling. And of course look around for any possible vacuum leaks. If your vacuum hoses are old it could be worthwhile to replace them all.
