Power windows only work with key off? 700

I don't think the relay is the same for windows and fan.If you are reffering to the cooling fan,this relay sits in the engine compartment.As i recall the window relay sits behind the ashtray with other relays.If memory serves,it's the first relay (left hand side)first row.Maybe someone else will correct me if i'm wrong.
