No. Only the 82+ turbos, and I suppose some V6s should have an impulse relay from the factory. It's always possible that an impulse relay was fitted to your (or any non-turbo) car. The impulse relay was a suggested solution to hard starting issues (warm/hot engine).

If the Bentley doesn't have a good picture showing where the relay is, I can probably dig up something.
