B18 head identification 1800

Hi Phil;
The head thickness determines the B from the D, as according to my green manuals, everything else is the same in the NA heads with dual carbs, including the piston tops. The B head is 87mm (3.425) from the head gasket surface to the head bolt pad, and the D head is 88mm (3.465). This accounts for the CR change.
