B18 head identification 1800

I think the difference in CR between engines of the same head thickness is gasket thickness. I recall Volvo having several different gaskets listed, and even Elring shows them for the B20's still. Some of the Volvo supplied B18 gaskets (this is going back 20 years) wear copper faced English ones, and others composition graphite coated German ones. Quite a mix.
