Dremel to make a slot and an impact driver with flat bit. Twisting clockwise ("in") to loosen the extractor. I have broken the square ones, never a spiral, but...

Good luck.

You can't drill them out, no way. Cobalt bits work but you just cannot keep the drill properly positioned (unless you get the part out and clamp it in a press).
