164E Ignition Locked up...help 140-160

Did you get a new key cut and left it with your sister? If so it is probbly miss cut. A locksmith can usually figure out what the cuts should be and cut one by code. Or maybe she is using the wrong key. Shoot some WD40 into the inginiton may free up stuck waffers or pins. If you left the sterring wheel locked sometimes you have to pull hard on the sterring wheel at the same you turn the key.
Most unlikely some one stole parts that would keep the key from turning.
