164E Ignition Locked up...help 140-160

Graphite lock lube stuff worked wonders on my stuck 164 lock. It
was stuck in the on position and I started to take everything apart
to free it up but I tried the graphite lock lubercant stuff and it
worked so well I abandoned my plans to take apart the column to take
the tumblers out of the lock.
