I'd do the rear main seal. With the engine out of the car, it will be easy & cheap... and it's such a pain in the axx when the engine is installed. I think I would also change the oil pan gasket. I don't think they fail very often on these cars, but it's just so darn easy/cheap to do with the engine out, and a hassle otherwise.
Just my 2 cents... arguably worth that.
