Dear Bonafide,

Good a.m. and may this find you well. I do not own a 960. I do own a 940. Is your window switch cluster rectangular - with black switches surrounded by a black frame - or are black switches set into a plastic plate, color-matched to the car's interior?

If the former (a rectangular cluster, in which black switches surrounded by a black plastic frame) I can provide a step-by-step removal method.

If the latter (black switches set into a color-matched plastic plate), then I cannot, as I've never removed one of those.
