Overdrive pilot light 1800 1967

Milage is unknown.

My first thought was exhaust but I just can't duplicate the growl out of OD, no matter what RPM I am running.

How complex is an OD rebuild? Any special tools required? What's the best part source?

What OD unit is the strongest?
