Is it worth pulling a 16 valve head out of the JYard to use later?

I noticed on turbobricks that they are the ideal hp making heads for a turbo buildup. These heads have the increased flow needed to see 250+ hp figures. But since they are interference, they are somewhat problematic and less reliable than the 8v heads. Keep it, you can always sell on Ebay or give to a good buddy.
