Not even as specific as Dodge, AFAIK. I think they are pretty generic standard type lugs - just pound one out, take it to a local greasy counter parts store (i.e. not something like Autozone where they have to type everything up on a computer and can't figure out *anything* that isn't on the computer), and ask for one a little longer.
I had to replace a couple of lugs on the rotors that went on the front of my PV (mangled threads). Didn't even need to tell them the make of the car or what it was - they say it, went back and brought new ones out in about 30 seconds.
PS - The rear lugs fit just like the fronts - pressed into a hole in the hub. Just lay the drum/rotor flat on the ground, on something that will not damage the bottom side (cardboard or plywood, just not bare concrete). Hit the end of the lug with a nice heavy hammer until it falls out. To install, you need some good way to support the hub (a junky old rim is good). The threaded portion of the lug just slides through the hole, you need to pound it in the last 1/2 inch.
Actually, if you pound all the lugs out rear, you can separate the hub from the drum, and then a similarly separated rotor (separated from a front hub by removing all 5 lugs) can be attached to the rear hub. And with a little more creativity than required to put discs on the front you can put them on the rear too without an axle swap (I've hear you can even use a 122 front caliper mount on the rear axle). No parking brake, however...
