Reversing flow? 120-130

You can tell when the blow by is going backwards - that's when you get the oil residue in the air cleaners. Or on the throttle valve on a D-Jet car. Maybe that's just when the PCV valve is gunked up, and maybe they switched to the orifice technique to avoid gunked PCV valves (and their erratic effect on idle speeds).
