I wouldn't recommend doing this yourself if you aren't familiar with the process. There are too many ways to mess up and it isn't a trial-and-error type job.
Phone around to glass shops and get some prices. You'll find that the charge for a full installation is only slightly higher than the cost of the new glass itself.
