4 headlight problem 200

...to add a little detail to Mario's accurate post; if you look behind the offending headlights, in the engine compartment, just in front of and below the windshield washer reservoir, you should see a 2-wire plastic connector with Red and Blue wires going in/out. (Make sure you are not looking at the connectors for the wiring to the washer fluid pumps; 2 on a wagon).

With the high beams switched on press together and wiggle the two halves of this connector. I'll bet a nickle the lights will come on, or at least flicker. If so, turn off lights, disconnect, and clean up the terminals in both halves with some fine sandpaper, tiny wire brush, etc.

Then do the same for the other side - it's just waiting to duplicate the problem.

Another possibility is a bad ground, but if the low beam light on that side is as bright as the other side, that's not likely the problem.

If the low/hi beams work on one side of the car, the beam-switching relay is OK...problem has to be wiring and/or connectors.
