On my euro 760 headlights there is a port for a motorized headlight adjustment device that essentially shortens the headlight beam when the headlight aim is depressed. Actually, more of an adjustable depression for loaded cars. The manual also points out on the dash where the knob/switch goes that allows you to depress the headlight aim by four notches. Can't raise them though!!
Goodness knows how much the little motors and the dash switch cost. I didn't install them in my 90 when I put the euro headlights in. I figure 100/130 H4 bulbs are enough that I don't need no steenking adjustable aim.
