Sorry to say I've had that happen a couple of times, but not in quite a while. And response was always friendly -- not as you describe. I'd assumed they'd replaced the parts puller/packer. Once I got a whole box of stuff thar was meant for someone else, but with my address on it. It was always settled to my satisfaction, but ruined my weekend plans.
