The guy you talked to probably was not Nick. I've had a few concerns with their packing department. Nick has always been helpful and nice about correcting any problem. Overall, I'm happy with them. My son and I have bought a lot of good stuff from them that arrived as ordered. You might call Nick and explain what happened. He has always been great to deal with from my point of view.
