Have you tried an extractor yet? I have had
some limited success with them. You get a very
hard drill bit and drill a little ways into the
offending bolt. Then you get the extractor
and put it inside that little hole and see if
it will take hold. I must confess that I have
never done this on the application that you
are referring to; but conceptually I don't
know why it would not work. Pls keep us posted
on your progress.
