142 starter 140-160

'sometimes there are things in the way'...

Like... perhaps the body of the car? I'd have to betcha a buck on this one George...

In my wagon, even before I jacked the transmission into place, I couldn't get the bolt in whith it all hanging low. Maybe if the drivers side motor mount were removed, and transmission mount off, the back could be pushed over to make room.

Or maybe the M410 bellhousing I put in is thicker, but I don't think that's the case...

Of course, I could be wrong. One of these days I'm gonna find myself in Oklahoma, and I'll stop by... You can try to get that bolt in my 145 for me. As for now, its still held in with only the lower bolt :-)
