Another Emissions Results Question

The trend is high HC = high CO (more carbon to join with Ox to form CO). I haven't seen a link between high HC/CO and NOx though. A faulty O2 sensor will not compensate for an overly rich (HC) condition.

Any vacuum leaks? How's the cat? (BTW, I've recently learned a good cat will input/output delta T should be 25-40f). EGR? (not sure if your car has one)
