Ordering Reading Material.... 120-130

As suggested, I've been requesting parts catalogs and ordering the repair manuals. In a few weeks I'll have:

-Haynes Manual 120 Series
-Cylmer Manual 120 Series
-Intereurope Manual 120 & P1800 Series

btw: I'll also have an extra Cylmer 140 Manual (from my original Volvo, the 145S - it has a bad/faded cover, but it's free to anyone who needs it (unless you are in nigeria) Only catch is that you'll have to wait until I get the new(er) copy.

As far as repairs... that promises to be an adventure. At least with the tranny and radiator I'll have spares (two extra trannies actually)...

I've been looking through the the Volvo sites. I also read the saga of the 122S and the "given-away" engine. Nice lookign car. Hopfully mine won't have rust quite so bad - eek!

Six Volvos: all wagons.... 1972 145S, 1976 245 DL, 1983 245 GL, 1986 740 GLE, 1990 740 GL, now a 1995 940. Number 7 (a 1967 122S Wagon) is on the way.... Who needs a sedan, when you've got storage compartments in a wagon?
