The knob on the ECU is the idle mixture adjustment, and has no affect on anything else.

AFAIK, all the grounds are on the stud at the rear of the intake manifold. Not sure if the ECU grounds there too, or just through the case.

When you operate the trigger contacts manually, do you hear the injectors click?
