You know, it would be helpful if people with this sort of request would mention where they are located, or, at least include that info in their profile. I might have the required piece of metal cluttering up my shop or lying in a yard in, let's say, Florida. If the request comes from someone in Oregon, I won't respond because I know he'll make out better scouting around in his own vicinity. If, the request comes, for example, from Georgia, I might respond with,"Hey come on down and pick it up." If the piece needs to be chopped out, I might add, "bring a six-pack."
