The units you replaced are power stages for the ignition! The codes are for injection group 1 (1-1-3) for late cars or the whole group for earlier cars. The (2-4-1) is for the EGR system. Look for shorts caused by worn through harness, especially where it is routed through the intake manifold runners. Also get some contact cleaner and dielectric grease to rework the connectors under the hood.
Another idea is that maybe your EGR valve is stuck open and messing up the mixture for starting????????
