Try this : Hold your foot to the floor and crank the heck out of it (30-60 seconds a shot), you should notice that it will fire on more and more cylinders the longer you continuously crank it. When it will run on it's own without the starter engaged, back your foot out of the accelerator slowly so as to keep the engine running but don't over-rev it. It will settle out and run on it's own after a minute or so.
This will have no effect on the Codes 113 and 241 but may get your engine going.
I have gotten intermittent code 241's (egr flow) for the last couple of years on our 95 960. I reset it each time but it has not been a problem. I notice I can set the code 241 if I start the car and then drive away briskly before letting it get up to temp. If I wait a little or go easy on cold start, it doesn't set the code.
