Fender Issues!! 120-130

Thanks Holly

My mandolin is called Curly Mae for her curly maple back and sides.

Yeah, Freida's my girl!!

Excellent point on the the butyl putty. Just got the new IPD catalog last night and, lo and behold, page 62... butyl putty!!! Frankly, I never heard of the stuff before... good stuff eh??

I hope I didn't come off as a braggart. I fell into this car reluctantly. My buddy Ken tried to get me to go look at it for 2 months with little success. He kept naggin and I finally relented to just to shut him up!!! It was lust at first sight!!

Then I found the bars on the IPD Classifieds and the owner was headed to Phoenix and we agreed to meet since I live about 25 miles off the I-5 corridor, so I met a new Volvo buddy and made a good score too. Surely, his poor wife must have thought me a nut with my wild ass hair and mile a minute Jabber!

A good score on Bils is excellent anytime!!! Are you using stock springs? I really like the Konis with the stock springs and upgraded bars. Has a very nice balance of comfort and handling.

interestingly, I seem to spend a pretty fair piece of change being scotch. But, I don't buy new cars and don't pay car payments so I figure I'm well ahead.

Eight months, eh! and he just about has his legs under him too!!! My youngest is 17 and I have been a single parent for nearly 8 years. I still sometimes just sit and look at him when he naps too. Can't believe he has grown so fast. Savor this time!!!

Have fun!

Mike
