Mount totally frozen...

Off to CarX! They have the best labor rates around so long as I need more muscle than brains. I can turn the entire bolt from the inside lug and I suspect that the metal flange on the shock is stuck to the bolt. I used copious amounts of Blaster with no difference. I tried a large C clamp torqued down to at least 200lbs without moving the bolt, I think the frame would have moved first.
It's all buttoned up waiting for the rain to stop. The rubber stoppers in the two spare tire carriers are missing and I don't want a trunk full of water. Borton Volvo is searching for replacements. Probably could use some from an old 240?
I am happy that the 164 runs so nicely. The shop that did my brakes will get to see the car again, both rear brakes leak fluid where the lines plug into the calipers(rebuilt). Bummer.
