I guess neutral is appropriate but since the seller refunded your money plus shipping, I'd be more inclined to leave positive.. Well if he paid all shipping both ways and you are out nothing, that is. Positive fb could say "item not as described but gave full refund". Opinions can differ on the condition of items but in the finance department, you'd have to agree that the seller did the right thing.

I sold this laptop once, Guy didn't like something about the screen that I'd never noticed. I gave him a full refund plus shipping both ways. Listed it next time with buyers complaint noted, as-is condition, no returns this time, and got more money for it. Go figure!
