I'm an on-again, off-again e-bayer and never leave that AAAA+++++ crap as feedback. I always give the neutral, nevative or positive and then list (in what, 20 words?) a reason.

The reason is the key. When I'm investigating a buyer or seller I always check the reason behind the negative or neutral feedback (half the time it is bull anyway).

I think neutral is fine in this case (my two-cents).
