Cutting NEW Rotors

How many of you have purchased new Rotors and found the brake pulsating and had to have them cut?

I wonder if Groton would take them back if the were warped out of the box.

I need to buy new Rotors. They've never been cut. Just worn out but I've had experiences with other vehicles where out of the box Rotors were warped.
