Inst. cluster flex board S90-V90

I've been repairing things like that for years.Your best repair (without seeing the flex board,this my SWAG) is to run a small jumper wire from one exposed point on light 8 to the same for light 9.Use stranded wire-22 guage is fine.If no exposed metal is available on the bad conductor,scrape away some insulation carefully with a sharp object-mini screwdriver,scribe,X-acto knife,etc.If it's a long run,apply a dab of silicone glue to prevent the wire from wiggling and breaking.Good luck!
