Lesson - Don't steam clean the engine

With the steam pressure, you can be assured that some components have been thoughly "soaked" and some items may have been contaminated.

I once took my 67 Mustang to a car wash to "clean the engine compartment" to find that I couldn't even leave the bay!

A nice passer-by was kind enough to get me working again by pointing out that the distributoe cap was full of moisture and was preventing starting. After wiping the cap dry, I got home!

Check all the "easy" electrical starting components. It's probably not a big deal to fix. Just needs to be dried out! Don't do THAT again! right?
