Multiple Alternator Failures

update - I replaced the alternator tonight and still not charging. With the key on I have 9 volts at the D+ terminal, and 12 volts at the B+ terminal all the time. I replaced the ground wire. I still have no battery light when the car is running, even though my meter shows 10-11 volts at the battery.

Any ideas?
