solvent and excercise technique? 120-130

"I will occasionally use P'Blaster and some exercise to clean/free the pistons when they get lethargic, they are still working fine with the original seals against the original disks" (GD)

George, I'm curious about your "excercise technique". Is it safe to liberally spray the P'Blaster all over the piston/caliper assembly, or do you have to be careful not to get the P'Blaster on the pads? How do you then excercise them; by just pushing on the brake-pedal a bunch while stopped..?

Thanks.
