Oil (any kind) + brake friction surfaces = BAD!
I use the snoot tube on the Blaster and spray it through a small hole in the
boot onto the piston when it is fully extended. (Easiest way to fully extend
is to take a pad plate with no friction material and put it in in place of
the pad, then step on the brake, how ever many times necessary to get firm
pedal.) Then I push the piston back in all the way using whatever force is
necessary. Keep doing that until the piston moves freely. Then clean up the
'Blaster and the rust and oil, put in good pads and pump brake till pedal is
firm. Good idea NOT to do this with a full master cylinder because it may
overflow when you push the pads back; on the other hand it is good not to
have it too low, either. Check the level when you are extending the piston(s)
to make sure it doesn't run dry and get air into your system.
