No problem getting Mahle pistons (Volvo's OE supplier) in roughly .040 over. They are 90.00mm, and raise displacement to 2036cc. They are a nice match for the combustion chambers on carbureted B20 heads.

I got a set about six months ago from RPR -- ballpark cost was $330 including rings and wristpins, if I remember correctly.
