OD RELAY problem 740GL 700

Hello, My first post and just got my first Volvo! It's a 1990 740 GL with a 157,000 miles. I have alot of questions but the first one I'm going to tackle is the orange upshift arrow. From what I have read it seems that the most common problem is the OD relay. I found it and removed it. It is the 1347764 part #. I took it apart and someone said that it can be re-soldered. BUT, it's not readily apparent to me where on the back of the relay it would need soldered. I'll try to include a picture I took of it. Thanks for any help in advance. GREAT SITE!
