On one I tried getting out I finally had to break down and buy a slide hammer rig. I tried the wet tissue paper and even the grease and a tightly fitting dowel but niether worked.. The thing was reall stuck and the only thing that worked was slide hammer with a thingamajig that gripped the inside race of the bearing.
