I just finished my B20 and heard a method that sounded crazy, but I gave it a try. Use wet sheets of toilet paper (new is recommended) and shoved them in one or two at a time. I then took a dowel whose diameter was close but not exact. Hit the wood, add more paper. About 2 minutes and 25 sheets later the wet toilet paper had forced the bearing out. I did not even have to hit the dowel very hard.

This is really the same method as the grease, but much cleaner (again, assuming you use NEW sheets of paper). It worked so well, I was laughing out loud!
