Intermittent Odometer problem 200 1985

If you are driving around in 110F heat, you'll probably be testing your cooling system's limits. If your rad is the original then it may be a bit clogged and due for a change.

Try not to let the gauge reach the red area. Though the engines are tough you may be in the head warp-head gasket failure zone. Better to suffer a bit by turning on the heating full blast (windows down) to lower engine temp.
