The regulator HAS to be for the kind of alternator you have. In other words
if you have a Bosch alternator you have to use a regulator made for the Bosch.
If you have SEV/Motorola/Marchal you have to use one of their regulators.
(Paris-Rhone may be for those, not sure.)
The two kinds are not interchangeable.
