Odometer 200 1981

I am looking for a plastic gear to replace the notoriously poor original Volvo part. This is the gear for recording mileage. The speedometer is fine.
I understand that heavy duty after market replacements are available. Does anyone have one or know where to get one? If you live in Southern California, I could pay for installation as well. Thank You Brickboard.
