Thanks for the tips. I am reasonably certain it's the gear. My plan is to use a "spare" panel. Everything on the repklacement is currently working. I figured on replacing the gear before I need to so I don't have to pull it again in the near future. IPD has a kit. It's $50.00 which I felt was a bit steep.If someone has a parts vehicle with the heavy duty aftermarket gear I woul go with used.
