Just take them apart and clean them out. I'd imagine that a little
carb cleaner and at worst a little tooth paste and you'll have everything
moving freely. There are some rubber parts you'll want to replace but
you can get those at the o-ring department of any hardware or car parts
store. google for "rebuild stromberg triumph" and you'll find a number
of resources for tuning these carbs.
